摘要
介绍了采用芬顿氧化/气浮/水解酸化/生物接触氧化/砂滤组合工艺处理汽车涂装车间生产废水的工程设计、处理工艺及特点、处理效果和运行成本。涂装生产废水经组合工艺处理后,出水水质可以达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)中一级标准,处理系统运行稳定、操作简单,经济环境效益良好。
The engineering design,treatment process,technological characteristics,treatment effects and running costs of the combined process with Fenton oxidation and air flotation,hydrolysis acidification,biological contact oxidation and sand filtration for treating the production wastewater from automobile painting workshop were introduced.After the painting wastewater was treated,the effluent quality could meet the first class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996).The Engineering practice showed that the system had stable operation and simple operation with a good economic and environmental benefits.
