摘要
汽车产业是一个国家的支柱产业,但其在涂装过程中产生了大量废水,该废水含有多种高分子树脂、表面活性剂、乳化油及有机溶剂等涂装残留物,具有水量、水质波动大,成分复杂、COD含量高、可生化性差等特点。文章通过研究汽车涂装废水处理的三种方法:物化法、生物法以及物化-生物法,发现物化-生物法相对物化法和生化法,能使涂装废水处理系统运行更加稳定,出水效果更好。
The automotive industry is the pillar industry of a country, but its painting process produces a lot of wastewater. The painting wastewater contains a variety of polymer resins, surfactants, emulsified oil and organic solvent. Besides, the fluctuations of wastewater quantity and quality, the complex composition, the high COD content and poor biodegradability make it difficult to be treated. The study found that physicochemi biological treatment method of wastewater treatment system can run more stable and water better, relative to physicochemical treatment method and biochemical treatment method through of research three methods of wastewater treatment of the automotive painting process.
