摘要
东庞煤矿通风系统改造完成后,已有风硐的风速达17m/s,超过了《煤矿安全规程》相关规定的要求,需对风硐进行改造。回风井风硐的改造程序较为复杂,针对常规重新开掘风硐,扩大引风道断面,施工工期长,影响矿井生产时间长的缺点,提出增加旁通风道的方法,该方法具有投资省、通风阻力低和工期短的优点。
The wind speed of the existing fan air chamber had been reached to 17 meters per second after the reforming of the ventilation system in Dong Pang coal mine,which had exceeded the requirements of the safety regulations for coal mines. So,it needs the reforming on the fan air chamber. The reform procedure on the fan air chamber of ventilation shaft was very complex. This research provided a new method to add the adjacent air channel to deal with the following disadvantages,such as the regular re-excavate fan air chamber,extending the air chamber section,long period construction,and so on. The new method had the advantages of reducing investment,decreasing resistance of ventilation,and shortening construction period.
