摘要
在矿井中的立井防爆门是保护通风机正常工作的重要部件,针对防爆门在正常和返风工况下的强度分析十分必要。笔者通过采用数学计算和对模型进行基于ANSYS的有限元静力学仿真两种方法分析研究,并通过比较得到最终结论,为防爆门的设计提供理论依据。
The explosion door plays the role of protecting the ventilators in the mine. In order to guarantee the safe operation of the ventilators, it is necessary to analyze the strength of the explosion door in normal operation mode and wind reversing mode. In the paper, the mathematical calculation and the finite element statics simulation on the model based on ANSYS were respectively carried out to conduct analysis, and final conclusion was obtained after comparison. The conclusion offered theoretical reference for the design of the explosion door.
