摘要
目的:观察健脾化瘀汤加减治疗老年性黄斑变性的效果。方法:110例(130眼)采用分层分组的方法分为对照组和观察组各55例(65眼),对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组用健脾化瘀汤加减治疗。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾化瘀汤加减治疗老年性黄斑变性可以有效改善临床症状,提高临床效果。
Objective:To observe the effect of Jianpi Huayu Decoction in the treatment of age-related macular degeneration.Method:110 cases (130 eyes) were divided into control group and observation group,with 55 cases (65 eyes) in each group.The control group were treated with conventional western medicine while the observation group were treated with modified Jianpi Huayu Decoction.Result:The total effective rate was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The symptom score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Jianpi Huayu Decoction could effectively improve clinical symptoms and improve clinical results in the treatment of age-related macular degeneration.
