改性芳纶纳米纤维对丁苯橡胶硫化特性和热稳定性的影响(英文) 被引量:3

摘要 制备了改性芳纶纳米纤维(m-ANFs)填充丁苯橡胶硫化胶,研究了m-ANFs用量对其硫化性能和热稳定能的影响。结果表明,m-ANFs可降低丁苯橡胶的硫化速率;当m-ANFs用量为7份时,丁苯橡胶质量损失50%时的分解温度、分解速率最大时的温度分别提高了13. 2℃和13. 1℃。 The thermal properties of SBR/m-ANFs vulcanizates are summarized in Table 2. The temperature for 50% degradation( T 50 ) and temperature of the maximal rate of decomposition( T max ) of vulcanizates increase gradually with increasing amount of m-ANFs. For instance, T 50 and T max of SBR with 7 phr m-ANFs are improved by 13.2 ℃ and 13.1 ℃, respectively, in contrast to neat SBR. This excellent improvement in thermal stability might be due to a strong nano-filler network formed by interfacial interaction between m-ANFs and SBR, which can act as the barrier and delay the heat transmission [2]. Thus, the decomposition of SBR composites are retarded and the relevant thermal degradation temperature are improved.
