摘要
[目的]比较研究以萧山竹林寺女科、杭州何氏妇科、宁波宋氏妇科以及海宁陈木扇女科为主要代表的浙江中医妇科流派调经的学术经验与特色。[方法]通过查询与浙江四大中医妇科流派相关的书籍、文献资料,提取与调经相关的内容,并总结归纳四大流派调经的共同点及各流派学术经验与特色。[结果]四大中医妇科调经上共同具有以肝脾肾为纲,重视冲任、气血和畅的特点。竹林寺女科擅治疗月经周期病,认为先期多实热、错后易血虚、脾土不胜为错乱,宗四物之法。何氏妇科注重辨证,创调冲十法以治月经诸疾,同时善用温阳药以振奋阳气。宋氏妇科重视经与带的密切关系,通过健脾止带以调经,用药轻灵简洁。陈木扇女科注重妇女气血的调和,以行气为先,随证治之。[结论]浙江四大妇科流派在治疗月经不调上存在共同点,又各具特色,丰富了调经的学术内涵和临床诊治方法,可资借鉴。
[Objective]To compare the academic experience and features of the Zhejiang TCM gynecology schools which were represented by gynecology of Xiaoshan Zhulinsi,gynecology of Hangzhou He’s Family,gynecology of Ningbo Song’s Family and Gynecology of Haining Chen Mushan in regulating menstruation.[Methods]By consulting books and literature data about the four gynecology schools,and picking the contents related to the menstruation,we finally summarized the academic experience and characteristics of the four gynecology schools in the treatment of menstruation and their common ground in it.[Results]The common ground in the treatment of menstruation was taking liver,spleen and kidney as the key points,and attaching importance to regulating Qi and blood in the Chong and Ren channels. Gynecology of Xiaoshan Zhulinsi was good at treating the diseases in menstrual cycle. It was believed that the preceded menstruation was ascribed to excess heat,the delayed menstrual cycle was ascribed to blood deficiency,the irregular menstruation was ascribed to spleen deficiency,and the treatment was based on the Siwu Tang. Gynecology of Hangzhou He’s Family concentrated on disease and syndrome differentiation,and created the ten methods to regulate the Chong Channel in the treatment of menoxenia. At the same time,they used Yang-warming herbs to activate Yang-Qi. Gynecology of Ningbo Song’s Family attached great importance to the close relationship between menstruation and leucorrhea,and regulated the menstruation by strengthening spleen and reducing leucorrhea. Their prescription was refined. Gynecology of Haining Chen Mushan paid special attention to the reconciliation of women’s Qi and blood,and could make flexible use according to the clinic.[Conclusion]The four major schools shared similarities and differences in the treatment of menstruation,and had enriched the academic connotation and clinical treatment of menstruation,which can be used for reference.
