摘要
在粗己烷加氢精制装置中,以重整抽余油经精馏分离脱轻重组分的粗己烷为原料,采用LY-2005镍系催化剂,对催化剂的加氢反应性能进行了评价。结果表明:在反应压力为0.5 MPa,反应温度为120℃,氢气/原料油(体积比)为100,体积空速为1.0 h^(-1)的条件下,LY-2005催化剂对粗己烷具有优异的加氢活性。在此条件下,当催化剂运行了456 h后,苯的脱除率达到99%以上,溴指数控制在6×10^(-2) mg/g以内,含硫质量分数低于0.5×10^(-6),加氢产品质量满足GB 1886.258—2016的要求。
The hydrogenation reaction performance of LY-2005 nickel catalyst was evaluated with crude hexane from the reformed raffinate oil after the distillation separation and removal of light and heavy components as raw material in a crude hexane hydrotreating unit.The results showed that the LY-2005 catalyst had excellent hydrogenation activity for crude hexane under the conditions of reaction pressure 0.5 MPa,reaction temperature 120 ℃,hydrogen to feedstock oil(volume ratio) 100, and volume space velocity 1.0 h-1.Under these conditions, after the catalyst had been running for 456 h, the removal rate of benzene reached over 99%, the bromine index was controlled within 6×10-2 mg/g, and the mass fraction of sulfur was lower than 0.5×10-6.The properties of hydrogenation products could meet the requirements of GB 1886.258-2016.
