摘要
我国大学研究性教学改革进展不顺,既不普遍也不深入,传统的知识灌输式教学仍占主导地位。大学研究性教学改革面临因循守旧的传统教学文化的钳制、现代教学理念"名扬实抑"的羁绊、现行教学管评制度太过刚性的压制、教师教学专业发展水平滞后的束缚、学生"实用主义"学习倾向的阻碍等重重阻力。为深入推进研究性教学改革,从根本上提高人才培养质量,大学亟待重塑教学文化,激发研究性教学改革的内驱力;践行现代教学理念,提供研究性教学改革的理论指南;健全教学管评制度,巩固研究性教学改革的制度支撑;促进教学专业发展,保障研究性教学改革的专业服务;调动师生共同参与,夯实研究性教学改革的实践基础。
The progress of research - based teaching reform in universities in China doesn’t go smoothly, being neither general nor in - depth, and the traditional knowledge - based instillation teaching still dominates. The reform of university research teaching is faced with many obstacles: the curb of the old traditional teaching culture, the restraints of the modern teaching philosophy of being famous and repressed, the rigid restraint of the current teaching and management evaluation system, the lagging behind of the development of the teaching profession of teachers, and the obstruction of students “pragmatism” learning tendency. In order to deepen the research - based teaching reform and fundamentally improve the quality of personnel training, it is urgent for the universities to reshape the teaching culture of universities and stimulate the internal driving force of research - based teaching reform, to practice the modern educational concept and provide theoretical guidelines for the research teaching reform, to improve the teaching management and evaluation system and consolidate the institutional support for research - based teaching reform, promote the development of teaching profession and ensure the professional services of research - based teaching reform, to mobilize the teachers and students to participate together and consolidate the practical basis of research - based teaching reform.
