Objective To explore the perceptive organizational climate of intensive care unit (ICU) nurses and its influencing factors. Methods From June to September 2017, we selected 155 ICU nurses at five Class Ⅲ Grade A hospitals in a city as subjects by convenience sampling. All of the nurses were investigated with the general information questionnaire, Organizational Climate Scale for Nursing and Work-Family Conflict Scale. The simple correlation, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to the influencing factors of perceptive organizational climate of ICU nurses. Results Among 155 ICU nurses, the averages of terms of Organizational Climate Scale for nursing and Work-Family Conflict Scale were (3.68±0.65) and (4.12±0.93) respectively. The perceptive organizational climate of ICU nurses had a negative correlation with the work-family conflict (r=-0.530, P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of perceptive organizational climate of nurses included nurse titles, personnel status, monthly income and work-family conflict (P<0.05). Conclusions Perceptive organizational climate of ICU nurses is poor which should be paid attention to by nursing managers. Nursing managers should make efforts to create an excellent nursing organization environment and lay emphasis on humanistic care of nurses, so as to improve nurses' work enthusiasm as well as nursing quality.
