摘要
目的观察胎盘特异性蛋白(placental-specific protein 1,PLAC1)和胎盘生长因子(placenta growth factor,PLGF)在子宫内膜癌中的表达,探讨PLAC1和PLGF与子宫内膜癌发生发展的关系。方法选取武汉市第三医院2015年2月至2017年2月子宫内膜癌患者标本35例作为研究组,并选取10例正常子宫内膜组织标本作为对照组。免疫组化检测PLAC1和PLGF在子宫内膜癌及正常子宫内膜组织中的表达;并应用统计学方法分析患者相关临床资料的意义。结果 PLAC1主要在子宫内膜癌细胞胞浆与胞膜表达,PLGF则主要表达在癌细胞胞浆和血管上皮细胞。子宫内膜癌组织中PLAC1和PLGF表达显著高于正常子宫内膜组织,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同组织分化及年龄患者中,PLAC1和PLGF表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Ⅲ期+Ⅳ期、肌层浸润深度≥1/2及存在淋巴结转移的子宫内膜癌患者,PLAC1和PLGF的表达明显高于Ⅰ期+Ⅱ期、肌层浸润深度<1/2、无淋巴结转移组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PLAC1和PLGF在子宫内膜癌中高表达,且分期越高,存在淋巴结转移的子宫内膜癌PLAC1和PLGF的表达越高。PLAC1和PLGF可能是子宫内膜癌进展、转移的重要危险因素。
Objective To observe the expression of placental-specific protein 1(PLAC1)and placenta growth factor(PLGF)in endometrial carcinoma,and to explore the relationship between PLAC1 and PLGF and the development of endometrial cancer.Methods 35 specimens of endometrial cancer patients from Wuhan Third Hospital were collected and 10 normal endometrial tissue specimens were collected.The expression of PLAC1 and PLGF in endometrial carcinoma and normal endometrium was detected by immunohistochemistry.The significance of clinical data was analyzed by statistical methods.Results PLAC1 is mainly expressed in the cytoplasm and membrane of endometrial cancer cells,while PLGF is mainly expressed in the cytoplasm and vascular epithelial cells of cancer cells.The expression of PLAC1 and PLGF in endometrial carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in normal endometrial tissues,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression of PLAC1 and PLGF between patients with different tissue differentiation and age(P>0.05).In stage III+IV,myometrial invasion depth≥1/2,and endometrial cancer with lymph node metastasis,the expression of PLAC1 and PLGF was significantly higher than stage I+II,myometrial invasion depth<1/2,no lymph node.In the metastatic group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PLAC1 and PLGF are highly expressed in endometrial cancer,and the higher the stage,the higher the expression of PLAC1 and PLGF in endometrial carcinoma with lymph node metastasis.PLAC1 and PLGF may be important risk factors for the progression and metastasis of endometrial cancer.
