摘要 乳化沥青再生废旧水泥稳定碎石(ER-OCSM)基层技术可以极大的节约建筑资源,但其施工质量关乎道路最终的使用品质.使用钻芯取样法取出的芯样完整性往往可以反映基层的施工质量.依托江苏省启东市崇启线大中修工程,铺筑试验路,进行现场钻芯取样,分析了影响ER-OCSM基层芯样完整性的因素.结果表明:ER-OCSM基层芯样完整性主要受混合料级配组成、施工过程中铣刨与拌和质量、养生及压实效果的影响,同时也与水泥含量有关. The emulsive regeneration old cement stabilized macadam base technology can greatly save construction resources, but its construction quality is related to the final use quality of the road. The integrity of the core sample taken using the core sampling method often reflects the quality of the construction of the base layer. Relying on the large and medium-sized repair project of Chongqi Line in Qidong City of Jiangsu Province, through paving the test road and sampling the drill core, we analyzed the factors affecting the integrity of the core sample of ER-OCSM. The results show that the core sample integrity of ER-OCSM is mainly affected by the composition of the mixture, the milling and mixing quality, the health and compaction effect during the construction process, and also the cement content.
