摘要
芡实为睡莲科植物芡的干燥成熟种仁,既是一种传统中药材,也是一种常用的食品材料。芡实含有多种化学成分,并具有较强的药理作用,临床上常用于治疗多种肾脏疾病、慢性肠炎以及中风后遗症。近年来,以芡实为原料的食品开发逐渐成为研究热点。本文主要对芡实的化学成分、药理活性、临床应用以及食品开发等方面的研究进行综述,旨在为其在食品和医药领域的进一步深入研究与开发利用提供参考。
Euryale ferox seeds, the dried mature kernel of E.ferox Salisb., has the concomitant function of both traditional Chinese medicine and foodstuff. E.e ferox seedsis rich in chemical constituents, and has various strong pharmacological activities. Currently, it is used to treat some diseases such as various kidney diseases, chronic enteritis and sequelae of stroke. In recent years, the development of E. ferox seeds as the food stuffs has gradually become a research hotspot. This paper made a review focus on the chemical constituents, pharmacological activity, clinical application and food development of E. ferox.seeds. The aim was to provide the theoretical support and reference for the further study of E. ferox seeds in the pharmaceutical and food fields.
