摘要
戴河口渔港西岸线修复及改造工程的现浇混凝土有一部分在水面以下,采取安装水下模板、浇筑水下混凝土的方式进行施工。提出一种悬臂刚架式水下模板,从设计思路、现场安装的流程和方法等方面分析其特点。结果表明,悬臂刚架式水下模板可将水下问题转化到陆上解决,能满足混凝土侧压力作用下的整体稳定性,并且保证水下模板安装精度要求和经济性,应用效果良好,可为类似工程施工提供借鉴。
Cast-in-place concrete is partly below the surface of the water in the Dai estuary fishing port west bank line repair and reconstruction project,the installation of underwater formwork and pouring concrete underwater are used in construction.We propose a cantilever rigid underwater template,and introduce the characteristics of this underwater template from several aspects such as the design idea,the construction technology and method of the field installation.The results show that the cantilever rigid underwater template can transform underwater problems into land solutions,meet the overall stability of underwater template under the action of concrete side pressure,and ensure the installation accuracy requirement of underwater template at a low cost.This technology has good application effect,which can provide references for the similar projects.
