抗分散剂对水下3D打印建筑砂浆性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用自行提出的表征水下3D打印建筑砂浆(3DPBM)性能的方法,研究了抗分散剂——聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)、纤维素醚(HM)和自制复合抗分散剂(UAD)对水下3DPBM工作性能、抗分散性能及力学性能的影响.结果表明:以PAM制备水下打印砂浆时,易使砂浆团聚,连续性较差,难以泵送挤出,无法满足水陆打印要求;HM和UAD可以增强打印砂浆的水下抗分散性能,进行水下打印,且掺加UAD的3DPBM的水下堆积性能显著优于掺加HM的3DPBM;掺加适量PAM、HM和UAD均可提高3DPBM的水陆强度比,但HM掺量过大时,3DPBM的水陆强度比反而会降低. The self-proposed method to characterize the performance of underwater 3D printing building mortar(3DPBM) was used to study the influence of polyacrylamide(PAM),cellulose ether(HM) and self-made composite anti-dispersing agent(UAD) on the workability,anti-dispersion performance and mechanical properties of underwater 3DPBM.The results show that when PAM is used as an anti-dispersant agent to prepare underwater 3DPBM,it is easy to make the mortar agglomerate,with poor continuity,difficult to pump out,and unable to meet the requirements of printing on land or underwater.HM and UAD as anti-dispersants enhance the underwater anti-dispersion performance of printing building mortar,which can be used for underwater printing.Moreover,the underwater stacking performance of 3DPBM mixed with UAD is significantly better than that of3DPBM mixed with HM.Adding a proper amount of PAM,HM and UAD can improve the water-land strength ratio of printing mortar,but if the amount of HM is too large,the water-land strength ratio of printing mortar will decrease instead.
