摘要
目的探讨中医延续护理在COPD患者管理中的作用。方法选取2016年1月—2018年6月住院的COPD患者80例,按照护理方法分普通护理组和中医延续护理组,各40例。比较2组患者再入院率及COPD自我管理评分的情况。结果中医延续护理组患者再入院率明显低于普通护理组,COPD自我管理评分较普通护理组有明显的提升。结论中医延续性护理能明显的降低COPD患者的再入院率,增强患者自我管理能力。
Objective To investigate the role of traditional Chinese medical continuous nursing in the patients with COPD. Methods We selected the patients with COPD in the department of gerontology from 2016 January to 2018 June. The patients were divided into two groups by applying routine nursing and traditional Chinese medical continuous nursing, with 40 patients in each group. The readmission rate and self-management score in the two groups was compared. Results the traditional Chinese medical continuous nursing group, the patients had lower readmission rate and higher self-management score than the routing nursing group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Applying traditional Chinese medicine nursing can obviously decrease the readmission rate and increase the self-management score.
