摘要
燥痹是由当代中医临床学家路志正教授根据燥气致痹的特点首次提出并命名,以心、肝、脾、肺、肾各脏及其互为表里的六腑和九窍特有的阴津匮乏之表现为其临床特征的疾病。张华东教授临证数十年,认为本病的病因病机错综复杂,起因多端,机制复杂,涉及多脏器、多系统的病理变化过程,其发生发展与先天禀赋不足、后天调养失宜、外感六淫之邪、气血阴阳失衡、脏腑功能失调均有一定的联系。强调五脏是燥痹致病之本,所以本文将张华东教授从五脏气血论燥痹的病因病机与同道分享。
The dryness arthralgia is first proposed and named by Professor Lu Zhizheng, a contemporary Chinese medicine clinician, according to the characteristics of desiccation.
