摘要 磁通量传感器的实际应用中,设备通道的差异或外部接线电阻的变化都会导致索力测量过程中磁通量传感器感应电压的变化,影响测量结果的准确性。本文提出了一种利用创新性的比值测量方法监测索力的磁通量传感器。建立了励磁系统的电感—电阻(LR)模型和传感器系统的变压器理论模型,以获得比值结果和外部索力的显式关系。实验结果表明,感应电压积分值与励磁电流积分值的比值与索力值成正比,所提出的比值测量方法可以准确测量缆索拉力;且将传感器的相对灵敏度从1.22%/kN提高到1.56%/kN,提高了27.85%。 In the actual application of elasto-magnetic(EM)sensor,the difference of equipment channel or the change of external wiring resistance will lead to the change of induced voltage of EM sensor in the process of cable force measurement,which will affect the accuracy of measurement results. This paper presents a novel ratio measurement method for EM sensor monitoring cable force. The inductance- resistance(LR)model of excitation system and transformer theory model of sensor system were established. The experimental results showed that the ratio between the induced voltage integral value and the excitation current integral value was proportional to the cable force value. The relative sensitivity of the sensor was increased from 1.22%/kN to1.56%/kN,which was27.85% higher.
