基于磁通量法索力测量模型参数的调适研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对磁通量法索力测量模型单次标定精度稳定性低、多次标定取平均又对样本信息利用不充分的缺点,提出了模型参数调适法。分别对多组标定样本线性拟合得多个模型,再采用交叉测试得各模型每级误差均值,最后基于最近距离和最小误差均值,为实测感应电压分配模型参数。18℃时,在试验机上利用磁通量传感器测量钢绞线多次加载下的感应电压,根据获得的标定、测试样本,对单次标定、平均标定和模型参数调适测试对比。结果表明,平均标定比单次标定具有稍好的精度稳定性,而模型参数调适测试误差均值和标准差较平均标定分别提高了1.6378、1.9411倍,验证了模型参数调适法具有更加稳定的较高测量精度,对拉索桥索力精确监测具有重要的工程应用价值。 For the cable tension measurement model based on elasto-magnetic effect, single calibration had low accuracy stability, and samples information could not be also fully utilized in average calibration. Thus, the model parameters adjustment method was presented in this paper. Multiple linear models were acquired by fitting multi-group calibration samples, then cross validation for each model was executed to obtain mean error of other group calibration samples, and finally model parameters were assigned to the actual measured induced voltage based on the closest distance and the minimum mean error. At 18 ℃,elasto-magnetic sensor was employed to measure induced voltages for steel strand under multi-level loading on the testing machine. According to the acquired experimental data, the tests of single calibration, average calibration and model parameters adjustment were performed. The results showed that the accuracy stability of average calibration was slightly better than that of single calibration, and the mean value and standard deviation of test errors for model parameters adjustment were 1.6378 and 1.9411 times higher than those of average calibration, respectively, which verified that the model parameters adjustment method owned the more stable high detection accuracy and would have great engineering application value for cable tension accurate monitoring in cable-stayed bridge.
