摘要
设计了一种井下泥浆流速的实时测量系统,测量系统主要包括超声波传感器、流速测量硬件电路和系统功能软件。系统的主控单元采用C8051F500单片机,时差测量模块是系统的核心模块,采用TDC-GP22芯片实现超声波在泥浆中传播时间差的测量功能,其计时精度达到皮秒级,因此系统可以提高微小流速的测量精度。系统在室内条件下进行了模拟泥浆流速测量试验,试验结果表明:系统工作稳定,实现了泥浆流速测量功能,能有效测量到泥浆流速的变化。通过研究与设计,对超声波法的泥浆流速测量技术的应用进行了探索,为该技术的进一步研究与应用奠定了基础。
A kind of real-time measurement system of mud flow- rate in underground mine is designed. The measurement system mainly includes ultrasonic sensor, hardware circuit and measurement software. The main control unit of the system adopts C8051F500 MCU.The measurement model of time-difference is the core of the system. In this model, the TDC-GP22 chip is used to measure time-difference of ultrasonic transmission in mud. Its accuracy is picosecond levelso that the system can improve the measurement accuracy of micro-velocity. The simulation experiments were carried out under indoor conditions. The experimental results show that the system works steadily and realizes the function of measuring mud flew velocity. The system can effectively measure the change of mud flew velocity. Through research and design, the technology application is explored.It lays a foundation for further research and application of this technology.
