摘要
目的研究探讨风险管理在神经内科护理管理中的临床应用效果分析。方法选取该院2017年2月—2018年2月期间收治的神经内科患者116例,随机将其分成两组分别为对照组和观察组,每组58例,比较两组的护理风险事件的发生率以及护理质量和护理满意度情况。结果观察组和对照组相比较,采用风险管理的患者风险事件发生率较低,护理满意度和护理质量显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险管理应用于神经内科护理管理能够显著的降低风险事件的发生率,以及提高护理服务质量值得在临床上进一步推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of risk management in neurological nursing management.Methods A total of 116 patients with neurology who were admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group, with 58 cases in each group. The incidence of risk events and quality of care and satisfaction with care were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of risk events was lower in the observation group and the risk of nursing satisfaction and nursing quality was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of risk management to neurological care management can significantly reduce the incidence of risk events and improve the quality of care services worth further clinical promotion.
