摘要
比热容是材料热性质的重要物理量。石墨基柔性接地体作为一种新型的接地体材料,其比热容的大小决定了材料在电流作用下的温升情况。研究测定石墨基柔性接地材料的比热容,对进行材料热稳定计算具有重要意义。采用差式扫描量热法(DSC)进行石墨基柔性接地材料的比热容测定,得到了石墨基柔性接地材料的比热容曲线。进行材料温升(热稳定)计算时,可根据环境温度和材料允许的最高温度,对比热容曲线进行积分,最终可以得到在此温度区间的等效比热容。
Specific heat capacity is an important physical quantity of thermal properties of materials. As a new type of grounding material,the specific heat capacity of graphite-based flexible grounding material determines the temperature rise of the material under the action of current. It is of great significance to study and measure the specific heat capacity of graphitebased flexible grounding materials for calculating the thermal stability of materials. The specific heat capacity of graphite-based flexible grounding material was measured by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The specific heat capacity curve of graphite-based flexible grounding material was obtained. When calculating the material temperature rise (thermal stability), we can integrate the heat capacity curve according to the environmental temperature and the allowable maximum temperature of the material,and finally get the equivalent specific heat capacity in this temperature range.
