几种接地网材料在土壤中的腐蚀特性研究 被引量:45

Soil Corrosion Performance of Several Grounding Net Materials

摘要 采用失重法、电解腐蚀和极化曲线测试等方法研究了紫铜、Q235钢和在Q235钢表面镀铜、镀锌及刷达克罗涂料等几种接地材料在渭南地区土壤中的腐蚀特性.研究结果表明:紫铜材料的耐蚀性最好,腐蚀速率在0.04 g/(m2.h)以下;Q235钢的耐蚀性最差,腐蚀速率大于0.28 g/(m2.h);镀铜和达克罗涂层的腐蚀速率与紫铜相近,约为0.04 g/(m2.h);镀锌层可以防止Q235钢的腐蚀,腐蚀速率比Q235钢下降约2/3;材料的腐蚀过程为电化学腐蚀控制. Soil corrosion performence of several grounding net materials such as copper,Q235 steel,and Q235 steel with copper-plating,galvanized coating and dacromet coating in soil at Weinan county were studied by weight-loss method,electrolytic corrosion and polarization curve method.The result revealed that regarding to corrosion resistance,the copper was the best with corrosion rate below 0.04 g/(m2·h),Q235 the worst with corrosion rate was below 0.28 g/(m2·h),the copper-plated and dacromet coated Q235 were similar to copper with corrosion rate about 0.04 g/(m2·h),the galvanized coating could prevent Q235 from corrosion with corrosion rate below about 2/3 of the bare steel.The corrosion process of materials was electrochemical control.
