The Influence of Nursing Quality Management on the Control Rate of Hospital Feeling and the Disputes Rate Between Nurses and Patients

摘要 目的探讨护理质量管理对院感控制率及护患纠纷率的影响。方法选取2015年4月-2018年4月到医院就诊的患者中,研究人员核对入组与排除标准后,随机选取170例患者,采用摸球法将患者分为观察组与对照组。对照组患者接受传统的护理管理,观察组患者则接受护理质量管理。根据患者的院内感染发生率、护患纠纷发生率、护理满意度评分,评估本次研究的临床管理效果。结果观察组患者的院内感染发生率以及护患纠纷发生率低于对照组患者,观察组患者的护理满意度评分高于对照组患者,各项数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于我院实施护理质量管理,能有效的降低院内感染以及护患纠纷的发生率。 Objective To explore the influence of nursing quality management on the rate of hospital feeling control and the rate of nursepatient disputes. Methods From April 2015 to April 2018, 170 patients were randomly selected after checking the admission and exclusion criteria. The patients were divided into observation group and control group by touching balls. Patients in the control group received traditional nursing management.The patients in the observation group received nursing quality management.According to the incidence of nosocomial infection, the incidence of nursepatient disputes and nursing satisfaction score, the clinical management effect of this study was evaluated. Results The incidence of nosocomial infection and nurse-patient disputes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The data comparison showed that the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of nursing quality management in our hospital can effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection and nurse-patient disputes.
