摘要
目的对医院感染控制中存在的护理管理问题及应对措施进行分析探讨。方法选择2016年1—12月间该院护理管理中存在问题的病例168例为对照组,对院内感染的高危因素进行评估总结,开展优化护理管理措施;选择2017年1—12月间实施针对性优化护理管理措施后病例168例为观察组。对两组患者院内感染发生率、护患矛盾发生率进行对比分析。结果在实施有针对性优化护理管理措施后,观察组患者院内感染发生率、护患矛盾发生率较对照组发生显著降低(P<0.05)。结论在医院护理管理工作中,有针对性的优化护理管理措施可有效降低院内感染的发生率,提高护理满意度,临床价值显著,值得关注并推广。
Objective To analyze and discuss the nursing management problems and countermeasures in hospital infection control. Methods From January to December 2016, 168 cases of problems in nursing management in the hospital were selected as research objects, which were defined as the control group. The high-risk factors of nosocomial infection were evaluated and summarized, and the optimal nursing management measures were carried out. Between January and December2017, 168 cases of targeted optimized nursing management measures were used as research objects, which were defined as observation groups. The incidence of nosocomial infection and the incidence of contraband between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After the implementation of targeted optimization of nursing management measures, the incidence of nosocomial infection and the incidence of contraband between patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the hospital nursing management work, targeted optimization of nursing management measures can effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections, improve nursing satisfaction,and have significant clinical value, which is worthy of attention and promotion.
