摘要
临床医学院是医学院校的重要组成部分,治病救人和教书育人是其两大基本职能。临床医学院的医师不仅是一名救死扶伤的医生,还应是一位传道、授业、解惑的教师;既要当好医疗职业的守护者,又要当好医学知识的薪火相传者,更要做好下一代医生的助产士。作为临床医学院的医师,要在实际工作中要养成储备知识、积累素材、锻炼提高语言表达能力的良好习惯,有随时当教师给医学生教学上课的长远准备。接到教学任务后要做好试讲及上课前的系列近期准备,包括了解授课对象与教学资源、明确教学目标与教学重点难点、进行自我心理调适等精神心理准备,制定教案、书写讲稿、准备课堂教学演示文稿等教学资料准备以及注意提高教书育人认识,培养良好教风。
The clinical medical school is an important part of medical schools, whose two fundamental functions are saving lives and teaching students. Doctors at clinical medical schools are not only doctors who save lives but also a teacher who teaches students. They should be guardians of the medical profession, messengers of medical knowledge, and midwives of the next generation of doctors. As doctors of clinical medical schools,they should develop the habit of accumulating knowledge and teaching material and improving the capability of language expression. They need to get prepared in the long-term in order to teach medical students at any time. In terms of short-term preparation, after receiving the teaching task,doctors should do a trial lecture and a series of preparation. This include the following: learning about the students and teaching resources;making clear the teaching goals, key points and difficulty points;making mental and psychological adjustment, formulating teaching plans, writing lecture notes, preparing teaching materials such as classroom teaching presentation.Teachers should also improve the understanding of teaching and educating and cultivate good teaching style.
