摘要
医学教育的根本目的在于培养有知识、有思想、有技术、有创新能力的复合型人才。有机化学实验作为医学教育的基础实践课程,对医学人才培养起着不可低估的作用。作者作为一线教师,长期从事教学管理工作,对医用有机化学实验课程的开设有着独特的见解,尝试从五个方面——开课目的、教师素质提高、教材选取、科研设备服务教学、成绩评价改革等五个方面探讨了医用有机化学实验课程的改革在培养医学人才方面的作用,推动化学等基础实验课程在医学院校的发展,期望对医学人才的培养起到助力推动作用。
The basic purpose of medical education lies in the cultivation of complex talents with knowledge,thought,technology and innovative ability.As the basic practice course of medical education,organic chemistry experiment plays an important role in the training of medical talents.As anassociateprofessor,I have long been engaged in teaching management work and have a unique perspective on offering medical organic chemistry experiment course.Thus,we want to illustrate our opinions on experiment educational reform from the following five aspects:course objective,the quality of teachers,teaching material selection,teaching and research equipment service,performance evaluation which may contribute to promote the development of chemical and other basic experimental courses in medical colleges and we also expect to promote the training of medical talents.
