摘要 根据应用型复合性药学专业人才培养需求,对传统有机化学实验教学内容、教学方法、教学手段、教学模式进行改革具有非常重要的意义。以乙酰苯胺的制备实验为例,将"一题多解"思想引入有机化学实验教学过程中,牢固树立以学生为主体、教师为主导的教学理念,通过文献查阅、方案制定、乙酰苯胺制备,结果分析讨论等环节的实践,不但充分调动了学生的实验积极性和主动性,而且提高了学生的综合实验设计能力、创新能力和科研能力。 It is very important to reform the teaching content,teaching method and teaching mode of traditional Organic Chemistry experiment according to training application-oriented and compound pharmaceutical talents. Based on the teaching concept of student as center and teacher as guider,"multi-answer problems"thought was introduced to Organic Chemistry experiment by taking the preparation of acetanilide as an example. Through the practice of literature retrieval,plan formulation, acetanilide preparation and result analysis, students can not only fully mobilize their enthusiasm and initiative,but also improve their comprehensive ability,innovation ability and scientific research ability.
