摘要
与以往文献报道合成乙酰苯胺方法不同的是:只采用苯胺和冰醋酸为原料,不需要添加任何溶剂或催化剂,在反应釜中加热反应得到乙酰苯胺。实验结果表明:当原料苯胺和冰醋酸的用量摩尔比为1∶2且反应温度为150℃时,在最优的合成条件下,可获得高纯度的乙酰苯胺,产率可达85%。此方法可大大节约乙酰苯胺的合成成本,合成过程更加绿色化。
Unlike the methods reported in previous literatures,acetanilide was synthesized from aniline and glacial acetic acid by heating in a reactor without adding any solvents or catalysts.The molar ratio of the raw aniline and glacial acetic acid is 1:2 and the reaction temperature is 150℃.Under the optimal conditions,the yield of complex may up to 85%with high purity.This method can greatly save the synthesis cost of acetanilide,and the synthesis process is more green.
