摘要
目的观察综合护理干预对过敏性鼻炎患者生活质量及护理满意度的影响。方法选择2017年1月~2018年1月在我院住院治疗的过敏性鼻炎患者60例,随机分为两组,每组30例。两组患者均予氯雷他定、布地奈德气雾剂等常规治疗,同时对照组予随机对症护理,治疗组实施综合性护理,包括心理护理、健康教育、饮食指导及生活护理,护理后,对比分析两组的生活质量RQLQ评分及护理满意度。结果治疗组和对照组患者治疗前的RQLQ评分比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者的RQLQ评分分别较治疗前显著降低,且治疗组的RQLQ评分显著低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的护理满意度为96.67%,对照组的护理满意度为70.00%,两组护理满意度对比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论对过敏性鼻炎患者积极治疗的同时配合综合护理干预,有利于改善生活质量,提高护理满意度,从而促进疾病快速康复。
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods Sixty patients with allergic rhinitis who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with conventional treatmentincluding loratadine and budesonide aerosol, and the control group was given random symptomatic care. The treatment group implemented comprehensive nursing, including psychological nursing, health education, diet guidance and life care. The quality of life RQLQ score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed after nursing. Results There was no significant difference in the RQLQ scores between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the RQLQ scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the RQLQ score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the treatment group was 96.67%, and the nursing satisfaction of the control group was 70.00%. The difference in nursing satisfaction between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The active treatment combined with comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with allergic rhinitisis conducive to improving the quality of life and improving the satisfaction of nursing, thus promoting the rapid recovery of the disease.
