摘要
在新旧动能转换背景下,我国创新创业热情高涨,众创空间成为实现新旧动能转换的实施阵地。孵化周期内创业企业的成长过程也是各种能力的演化历程:吸引能力奠定创业基础;产业联动拉动保障能力演化,从而促进企业集成发展;进化适应力演化引领企业"质变"。揭开孵化企业成长能力演化的"黑箱"有助于解释微观企业行为层面与宏观经济层面的连接,拓展企业成长能力理论,同时为未来孵化实践提供指导。
Innovative and enterpreneurial activities are increasingly prevailing under the background of new and old growth drivers shifting. The growth process of start-ups in incubating lifecycle is also the evolutionary process of various capabilities: incubatees’attractiveness is fundamental to enterpreneurship;the industrial linkage pulls the evolution of supporting capalibity and enhances integrating development;and the adaptability leads incubatees’ qualitative change. To discover the “blackbox” of incubatees’ growth capability evoluation helps to illustrate the connection between firms’ behaviours in micro-level and macro economy, extent the firm growth theory and guide the future incubating practice.
