摘要
普通家电粉末涂料由于配方体系设计时并未考虑产品长时间接触高温,涂层容易发黄、脱落,不具备很好的耐温性和耐油性。本文通过实验测试搭配不同种类树脂,提高涂层交联密度兼顾涂层的物理性能。使用耐温颜料、钛内粉和固化促进剂等,改善产品的耐温耐油性能,使粉末涂料在常规性能、保色性耐热性、耐油性、耐抗洗洁剂性等方面达到客户要求。
The conventional powder coatings is easy to yellowing, peeling off and reducing heat resistance and oil resistance, due to less consideration of long time exposure to high temperature during formulation design. In this article, different kinds of resins were used to improve the crosslinking density and the physical properties of the coatings. Heat-resistant pigments,TiO2 and curing accelerator were used to improve the heat and oil resistance resistance performance of products, meeting the requirements from customers, such as common properties, heat resistance,oil resistance, detergent resistance and color retention.
