摘要
为了进一步规范高速公路的建设工作,确保公路建设质量,需加强对高速公路建设投资活动的有效监督,不断健全和完善工程合同管理中的计量支付工作,从而实现对投标商和承包单位的监管作用,最终有效地降低高速公路建设的投资成本,并且确保施工的顺利进行。文章介绍了高速公路工程合同管理中的计量支付工作的主要内容,提出了强化高速公路工程合同管理中的计量支付工作的有效措施。
In order to further standardize the expressway construction work and ensure the highway construction quality,it is necessary to strengthen the effective supervision on the investment activities in expressway construction,and continuously improve the measurement payment work in project contract management,thus realizing the supervision role on bidders and contractors and then ultimately reducing the investment cost of expressway construction effectively and ensuring the smooth construction.This article introduces the main content for the measurement payment work in the contract management of expressway engineering,and proposes the effective measures to strengthen the measurement payment work in the contract management of expressway engineering.
