摘要
计量支付是项目合同管理的关键环节,它对工程造价的高低和承包商经济效益有一定影响,所以是业主和承包商经济利益的焦点与核心问题,同时对加快承包商的资金周转,维护业主的最终利益有十分重要的意义。论文重点从计量与支付条款约定的重要性入手,分析了相关法规及文件中有关计量支付条款的约定,结合工程中的现行做法及问题,提出了对计量支付条款的修改建议。
Measurement and payment is a key point of project management contract and it affects the construction cost and economic efficiency of contractors,so it is the focus and core issues of the owner and the contractor's economic,while meanahile,it is important to speed up contractor's cash flow and maintain owners' ultimate profits.From the importance of measurement and payment provisions,this paper analyzes it in the related legislations and documents.Combined with the current practice and problems of engineering,the amendments of measurement and payment provisions are proposed.
