摘要
通过构建省域科技金融系统脆弱性评价体系,测算我国2004—2014年间省际科技金融脆弱性指数。结果显示,我国科技金融呈中高等脆弱性态势,且地区间脆弱性差异较大,表现出空间集聚性。考虑各地区要素市场扭曲与制度环境发展不平衡现象显著,进一步利用面板GMM方法检验地区间要素市场扭曲与制度环境质量对科技金融系统脆弱性的影响效果。研究表明,要素扭曲显著加剧科技金融脆弱性态势,但制度环境质量的提高能有效降低科技金融脆弱性,这对认识我国科技金融脆弱性态势与促进科技金融健康持续均衡发展具有一定借鉴意义。
By constructing a vulnerability evaluation system of technology-finance system,the vulnerability index of the system in provincial level from 2004 to 2014 is measured.The result shows that the vulnerability of“technology-finance”system is moderate and high,and the level of vulnerability varies greatly among regions,showing spatial agglomeration.Considering that the factor distortion and the unbalanced development of institutional environment in different regions,the panel GMM method is used to test the effects of factor distortion and the quality of institutional environment in different regions on the vulnerability of technology-finance system.The study shows that factor distortion significantly aggravates the vulnerability of technology-finance,but the improvement of the quality of institutional environment can reduce the vulnerability.The research has certain reference for understanding the vulnerability of technology-finance and promoting the healthy and balanced development technology-finance in China.
