摘要
"新零售"以大数据为支撑,以消费者为核心,全面利用互联网和智能机器技术,将设计、生产、流通、消费融为一体化的全业态融合创新,形成了全渠道供应链,全面整合线上、线下的一种新的零售模式。"新零售"是零售业的一次新革命,同时也为中国快递物流业提供发展机会,加速了快递物流行业模式的创新,同时也改变了快递物流的空间布局。以新零售时代为研究背景,探究了快递物流行业的发展以及新零售时代物流行业面临的挑战和新的供应链模式,研究新零售对快递物流行业的重塑,讨论了新零售时代快递物流业未来发展的战略。
“New retail”which is supported by big data and takes consumer as the core,makes full use of the Internet and intelligent machine technology to integrate design,production,circulation,consumption as integration and innovation with full formats,forming a new retail mode with the full channel supply chain and the complete integration of online and offline.“New retail”is a new revolution of retail industry,and it also provides development opportunities for China’s express and logistics industry,accelerates the innovation of express and logistics industry model,and changes the spatial layout of express and logistics.Based on the background of the new retail era,the development of express and logistics industry,challenges faced by the logistics industry in the new retail era and the new supply chain model are explored.The remodeling of new retail to express and logistics industry and the future development strategies of the industry in the new retail era are also discussed.
