摘要
机关党建是党的基层建设的关键环节,对其他领域基层党组织建设具有引领和带动作用。积极开展机关党建标准化建设,构建和完善具有机关党建特色的标准体系,对提升机关党建工作质量具有重要意义。论文以武汉市质监局机关为例,对党建工作标准体系构建与实施进行解析,同时对机关党建标准化工作提出了几点建议与对策,为机关党建标准化提供参考经验。
Party building in government organs is a key link of the grassroots level party building. It plays a leading and driving role in the construction of grassroots party organizations in other fields. It is of great significance to improve the quality of organ party building work to actively carry out the standardization construction of party building of government organs and to build and perfect the standard system with the characteristics of party building of government organs. This paper takes Wuhan Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau as an example to analyze the construction and implementation of the standard system of party building, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the standardization of party building, providing reference experience for the standardization of party building.
