摘要
为基本公共服务确立规范、提供方法是标准化产生发展的本源;标准化是基本公共服务均衡化、促进社会公平正义的技术基础;提高基本公共服务效能、建设服务型政府亟待标准化引领支撑。标准化工作应积极有为,以标准化促进基本公共服务均等化和质量水平提升。
Establishing norms and providing methods for basic public services are the origin of standardization;standardization is the technological basis of balancing basic public services and promoting social equity and justice;improving the efficiency of basic public services and building a service-oriented government urgently need standardization to lead and support. Standardization work should be active and promising, and standardization should be put into the equalization of basic public services and the improvement of quality level.
