摘要
针对亚麻织物耐湿摩擦色牢度较低的问题,采用“等离子体+生态固色”复合染色工艺对亚麻织物进行染色。通过与常规染色工艺对比发现,“等离子体+生态固色”复合染色工艺在汽蒸时间100s、等离子体处理时间60s、固色剂质量浓度40g/L的条件下,可使亚麻耐湿摩擦色牢度从2级提升至3~4级,并且能够显著提升织物的水洗尺寸稳定性、硬挺度和透气性,改善亚麻织物的悬垂性和可呼吸性。此外,该复合染色工艺整理织物的甲醛含量和pH值均符合国家纺织产品基本安全技术规范B类要求。
Aiming at the technical problem of lower color fastness to wet rubbing of linen fabric, the "plasma + eco-friendly fixation" composite dyeing process is adopted to flax fabric. Compared with the conventional dyeing process, the "plasma + eco-friendly fixation” composite dyeing process can improve the color fastness to wet rubbing of flax from Grade 2 to Grade 3~4 under the conditions of steaming time 100 s, plasma treatment duration 60 s and concentration of fixing agent 40 g/L. The dimensional stability, stiffness and permeability of the fabric can be improved at the same time, which increases the drapability, stiffness and breathability of the flax fabric. In addition, the formaldehyde content and pH value of the fabric after the composite dyeing process are in accordanee with the class B requirements of the national basic safety technical specification for textiles.
