摘要
用降解壳聚糖(JCTA)和2,3环-氧丙基三甲基氯化铵(GTMAC)合成了3种不同平均分子量的降解壳聚糖季铵盐(HTCC)。红外光谱表明,取代反应主要发生在降解壳聚糖氨基上。采用平均分子量1 256和取代度0.76的HTCC溶液预处理亚麻织物,其上染率达到45.86%,固色率为82.69%,日晒牢度为4~5级,水洗牢度为4~5级,撕破强力为48 N。
Three chitosan derivates with quaternary ammonium thesized using degraded chitosan (JCTA) and glycidyltrimethyl salts (HTCC) of different average molecular weights were synammonium chloride (GTMAC) as raw materials. IR spectra revealed that substitution reaction occurred mainly on amine groups of degraded chitosan. Linen fabric pretreated with HTCC of average molecular weight I 256 and substitution degree 0.76 could obtain good dyeing effect with dye uptake of 45.86% ,fixing rate of 82.69%,light fastness of 4 ~ 5 grade,washing fastness of 4 ~ 5 grade and tear strength of 48 N.
