摘要
方志人的修炼是一个长期的过程,笔者认为要重视加强学习自觉、理论自觉和实践自觉意识的培养,并将之贯穿于修志工作的始终。
The cultivation of chronicle workers is a long process. The personnel in this field should strengthen their awareness in constant learning, theories, and practice, and carry them out through the chronicle compilation process.
