摘要
针对我国研究生综合素质教育模式雷同,多数学校不能根据自身的学科专业特色形成核心竞争力,"同质化"竞争造成研究生培养过程中极大浪费的现状,以地方高校重庆工商大学为例,利用重庆市唯一一个经济类教育部人文社科重点研究基地长江上游经济研究中心的独特优势,在全面开展理论研究的基础上,提出了基于"师资、课程、实践、科研、素养、管理"六个方面、"五大工程"的应用经济学人才培养模式,且在重庆工商大学长江上游经济研究中心、经济学院、财政金融学院等单位进行试点,介绍了应用经济学研究生培养取得的初步成效,并针对仍旧存在的问题提出了应用经济学研究生人才培养需要进一步完善的对策措施。
In view of the duplicated educational mode of comprehensive quality education for postgraduates in China,the form core competitiveness can t be formed in many universities and colleges according to their own disciplinary and professional characteristics,and the great waste has been caused by the“homogenization”competition in the process of postgraduate training.Taking Chongqing Technology and Business University as an example,this paper makes use of the unique advantage as Research Center for Economy of Upper Reaches of the Yangtse River which is the only key research base of Humanities and social sciences of the Ministry of Economic Education in Chongqing.On the basis of comprehensive theoretical research,the Center puts forward training model of applied economics talents which includes six aspects of“teachers,courses,practice,scientific research,literacy,management”and“five major projects”.The application has been introduced through the pilot projects of Research Center for Economy of Upper Reaches of the Yangtse River of Chongqing University of Industry and Commerce,the School of Economics and the School of Finance.The preliminary results of postgraduate training in economics have been achieved.In view of the existing problems,the countermeasures for further improvement of postgraduate training in applied economics are put forward.
