摘要
世界一流大学界定在国际领域颇具争议,全球大学排行榜在一定意义上可以衡量世界一流大学的水平。通过对QS世界大学排行榜和泰晤士高等教育世界大学排行榜2017-2018年度排名前十大学的考察,分析世界一流大学的特征,指出我国一流大学的差距,提出建立政府主导的灵活治理体系、实施国际化战略、加强国际科研合作、逐步提高师生比、协同提升服务社会功能等建议,旨在为我国高等教育的"双一流"建设提供研究参考。
The definition of world-class universities is quite controversial in the international arena. The global university rankings can be used as one of the most important indicators for identifying world-class universities. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the top universities in the world, points out the gap between the first-class universities in China by selecting top ten universities of QS World University Rankings and the World University Rankings of Higher Education 2017-2018, and puts forward the idea of establishing a government-led, top-down and flexible system. It aims to provide reference for “double-world-class”construction of higher education by implementing the internationalization strategy, strengthening international cooperation in science and research, gradually increasing the student-teacher ratio, and promoting social service function.
