基于VS 2012对汽车总装线优化方案 被引量:1

摘要 随着汽车制作业的不断发展与新技术的应用,推出了更多的汽车车型,汽车生产总装线是汽车生产中重要的一步,合理安排装配顺序,才能够降低成本,提高生产效率,更好的满足汽车装配行业的需求。针对2018年全国大学生数学建模竞赛D题展开讨论,通过详细研究喷涂线上的颜色排序约束、总装线上的品牌、配置、动力、驱动的排序约束,针对不同约束条件,分析装配过程中的难点分别建立数学模型,以基本遗传算法为基础,增加优先关系约束保证所有解的可行性,并利用Microsoft Visual Studio软件进行编程,建立最优排列顺序。 With the continuous development of automobile production and the application of new technology, more and more automobile models have been introduced. The automobile production assembly line is an important step in automobile production. Only by reasonably arranging the assembly sequence can we reduce the cost and improve the production efficiency and better meet the needs of the automotive assembly industry. This paper discusses the problem D of the CUMCM-2018 (Contemporary Undergraduate Mathematical Contest in Modeling 2018), through a detailed study of the color ranking constraints on the spray line, the brand, configuration, power and driven ranking constraints on the assembly line, according to different constraints, analyzes the difficulties in the assembly process to establish mathematical models, based on the basic genetic algorithm, add priority constraints to ensure the feasibility of all solutions, and use Microsoft Visual Studio software to program, so as to establish the optimal arrangement order.
