摘要
飞机重量和重心位置对飞机的安全性和操纵性影响很大。运五系列飞机在大修过程中,针对其用途的不同,对机体和部分机载设备进行改装,同时由于新机载设备的加装,其安装位置和制作材料都不尽相同,导致飞机重量和重心位置产生变化。为了提高飞机的安全性和操纵性,研究设计了一套飞机重量与重心测量系统。通过该系统可将飞机重量与重心的测量进一步规范化、标准化、程序化,提高了认定飞机大修工作质量的准确性,为保证飞行安全提供了有力的技术支撑。
The weight and center of gravity had great influence on the safety and maneuverability of aircraft.Based on the different usage of the Yun-5 series aircraft during the overhaul process,modification of the airframe and part of the airborne equipment were down,At the same time,due to the addition of new airborne equipment,its installation location and material were different,which changed the weight and center of gravity of the aircraft.In order to improve the safety and maneuverability of the aircraft,this aircraft weight center of gravity measurement system was designed,Through this system,the measurement of aircraft weight and center of gravity can be further normalized,standardized,programmed,it improved accuracy in determining the quality of aircraft overhaul work,and provided strong technical support for ensuring flight safety.
