摘要
压浆材料用于后张预应力管道充填,保证预应力束与混凝土结构之间有效的应力传递。压浆材料中的氯离子会引起钢筋锈蚀,影响结构的使用寿命,是压浆材料的一个重要控制项目。本文对压浆材料的氯离子分布、检测方法进行了分析研究,给出了每种检测方法的适用范围及操作要点。
The grouting material is used to fill the post-tensioned pre-stressed pipe to ensure the effective stress transfer between the prestressed bundle and the concrete structure. Chloride ion in slurry material can cause corrosion of steel bar and affect service life of structure. It is an important control item of slurry material. In this paper,the chloride ion distribution and detection methods of slurry materials are analyzed and studied,and the applicable scope and operation essentials of each detection method are given.
