基于平煤水质的液压支架用浓缩液的研制 被引量:3

摘要 为了进一步提高液压支架用浓缩液的环保性能,降低液压支架用浓缩液的后处理难度,通过用正辛酸和癸二酸部分代替环保型液压支架用浓缩液中的油酸与三乙醇胺制备有机防锈剂,用聚天冬氨酸代替乙二胺四乙酸和氢氧化钾,利用正交试验通过组方研究制备出绿色液压支架用浓缩液,试验结果表明,产品的各项性能指标均符合行业标准及平煤集团各矿的使用要求,减少了配方中有机、无机组分的含量,产品5%稀释液的CODcr为7.72×10~3 mg/L,较传统乳化油8×10~4mg/L的CODcr大幅下降。 In order to improve the environmental protection performance and reduce the difficulty of post-treatment of concentrate hydraulic fluid, organic antirust agents were prepared with octanoic acid and sebacic acid partial instead of oleic acid in environment friendly concentrate hydraulic fluid used in powered support and triethanolamine. Polyasparticacid took the place of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid and potassium hydroxide. Environment friendly concentrate hydraulic fluid used in powered support was prepared by means of orthogonal test. The results show that all the performance indexes of the product meet the requirements of industrial standard and the application requirements of all coal mines of Pingdingshan coal group company, the content of organic and inorganic components in the formula was reduced. The CODcr of product 5% diluent is 7.72×10~3 mg/L,compared with that of emulsified oil 8×10~4 mg/L,there is a sharper decline.
