摘要
如果能用清晰的模型来解释和预测有关本土构念的变迁过程,就能准确地回答中国本土管理现象是否"确实具有本土独特性"。随着模型的建立,中国本土管理的理论框架也随之建立起来了。研究中应首先注意将"差序格局""家长式领导""关系"等构念溯源至"忠实于经典文本"的哲学本义,这样可以有效区分相应的中西构念,如"中国式关系"与"西方关系"。在此基础上,才能够明确地进行该构念的变迁研究或中西对比研究。上述变迁研究或比较研究的最终结果将说明中国本土管理现象"是否独特"以及如何发展中国本土管理理论。
If a clear model can be used to predict the transition process of native constructs, it will be possible to accurately answer the uniqueness of phenomenon of local management in China. With the establishment of the model, the theoretical framework of the Chinese indigenous management has also been established. In the research, the first attention should also be paid to tracing the constructs back to the traditional Chinese classic text, so as to avoid confusion between Chinese and Western constructs, and on this basis, it is possible to explicitly carry out evolutionary or comparative study. The final result of the above evolution or comparative study will explain whether Chinas local management phenomenon is “unique” and how the Chinese indigenous management theory should be developed.
