多b值双指数磁共振扩散加权成像与前列腺癌Gleason评分的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:初步探讨多b值双指数模型扩散加权成像(DWI)与前列腺癌Gleason评分的相关性。方法:收集经手术或活检证实前列腺癌患者67例(Gleason评分6分11例、7分21例、8分10例、9分17例、10分8例)进行常规MR和多b值双指数模型扩散加权成像扫描。应用双指数模型测量计算慢速表观扩散系数(ADC_(slow))、快速表观扩散系数(ADC_(fast))、快速扩散所占容积分数(F_(fast)),比较这些参数在不同Gleason评分前列腺癌中的差异。结果:ADC_(slow)、ADC_(fast)、F_(fast)在Gleason评分6-10分不同组间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ADC_(slow)与Gleason评分呈负相关关系(P<0.05);ADC_(fast)、F_(fast)与Gleason评分呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:ADC_(slow)、ADC_(fast)及F_(fast)在一定程度上有助于预估评价前列腺癌Gleason评分。 Objective: To investigate correlation between multi-b- value DWI imaging and Gleason score in prostate cancer.Methods: 67 patients with pathologically confirmed prostate cancer were analyzed in the study,including11 patients with score 6,21 patients with score 7,10 patients with score 8,17 patients with score 9,8 patients with score10.All patients underwent conventional MR scan and multi-b-value DWI sequence.The ADC slow ,ADC fast and F fast of multi-b-velue DWI imaging were compared among patients with different Gleason scores.Results: The ADC slow ,ADC fast and F fast value of prostate cancer showed statistical difference between patients with different Gleason scores(P<0.05).ADC slow and Gleason score were negatively correlated (P<0.05).While ADC fast ,F fast and Gleason score were positively correlated (P<0.05).Conclusion: ADC slow ,ADC fast and F fast provided information for the assessment of Gleason score in prostate cancer.
