摘要
面临新形势和新要求,检验检测机构应与时俱进,提高质量管理意识,明确质量管理的核心就是建立、有效运行一套与其相适应的管理体系,从而实现检验检测水平的不断提高,保障结果的真实、客观、准确,为社会和客户提供更好的服务,且在竞争中立于不败之地。该文简要介绍了管理体系的概念及重要性,针对可能影响体系运行的因素提出了一些建议,为检验检测机构建立和有效运行管理体系提供了一定帮助。
Facing the new situation and new requirements,inspection inspection agencies should keep pace with The Times,improve the quality management consciousness,clear quality management core is to establish and effective operation of a set of fit and its management system,so as to realize the examination level unceasing enhancement,guarantee the results of the real,objective and accurate,and provide better service for society and customers,and in an impregnable position in the competition.This paper briefly introduces the concept and importance of the management system,and puts forward some Suggestions for the factors that may affect the operation of the system.
